Happy Mother's Day

 Happy Mother's Day.  My 7 year old brought home this bloody sweet sack filled with a periwinkle plant.  I think the blood here is intended to be sweet.  

 Along with the plant came this nice sentiment and very fun card.  

 I pulled out all the previous Mother's Day wishes from her and couldn't help but create a shrine.

The following hands vase is from my youngest daughter this year.  Isn't that adorable?  

My oldest made this a few years ago with some KDO teachers help.  

 But this is my favorite of the Mother's Day stash.  This photo is my very first Mother's Day.  It brings me so much joy and fills my heart (and loads my eyes with tears)!
